How Does It Work?
We’ll pick out a few wines we’re really excited about every month (3-4 depending on bottle pricing) along with fun & informative descriptions about each wine, some recipes to try out while you drink, and other cool extras.
You’ll also get a super cool custom tote bag on us from our friends at J. Stark and 10% off in-store retail.
How Does The Subscription Work?
Extra Sauce is a $120 per month (not including tax) subscription. Pick-Ups are on the first Wednesday of each month.
Upon subscription, and if past a pickup date, we will try to fulfill your order depending on the available inventory and you can pick up your wines at our store once you’ve been notified. If we’re unable to fulfill your order, we will schedule your subscription to begin the following month.
When you subscribe you will be charged upon purchase, and subsequent charges will be billed on the 25th of each month.
After registration, you’ll receive an e-mailing confirming your subscription and your first pick-up date.
What Type of Wines Will I Get?
Consider it a ‘wine playlist’. You’ll get a mix of wines that we think are must-haves to drink at home or with friends that want to tag along for the ride. Some of these wines will be exclusive to club members and unavailable for retail purchase. We’ll pick out different colors, themes, regions, and growers. All you need is to bring is your curiosity.
How Does The Pick Up Work?
Pick-Ups will be the first Wednesday of each month at Graft. Details will be sent out to you when you join. If you are unable to pick up your wines during the first week period, we will hold your wine for one week, unless notified via e-mail. Bring your tote bag! Please contact us if you have issues picking up your wine.
Can I Join For One Month or Purchase As A Gift?
There is no limit on the length of subscriptions, and you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time (before your billing date). However, due to scheduling and production costs, we kindly ask that Extra Sauce is only purchased with the intent of long-term subscriptions.
What If I Don’t Like A Wine?
If there is a technical issue with a wine (ie corked), we will issue a replacement, or if unavailable, a bottle refund. Extra Sauce is a selection of wines we’ve specially curated and have chosen to be featured. We won’t be able to offer trade-ins or refunds for bottles that you don’t like. If you have specific interests you’d prefer to explore, please visit our online store.
Do You Ship?
Extra Sauce is only for local customers in Charleston at the moment. We aren’t offering this to be shipped or delivered (yet).
How Can I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel just by sending us a note here. Please note that cancellations must be processed prior to billing date for month of cancellation.
