Nafi's is a carefully handcrafted line of vegan and preventative free line of condiments and sauces inspired by their African heritage.
She moved to Charleston few months ago and working on relocating her sauces production facility from New York to Charleston SC.
What is Nafis? ( Bintou's mother name meaning "precious" in Arabic)
It's a gourmet condiments & sauces brand that are vegan, all natural (no preservatives) and gluten free, carefully crafted with fresh herbs and spices. NAFI’S Condiments and Original Sauces are inspired by Bintou's family traditions and recipes from the four corners of the African continent from the North West of Senegal to the East Side island of Zanzibar.
These products are great for a friendly introduction to African food with Zanzibar/ Tanzanian curry, African peanut sauce, Mango Tamarind hot sauces, Smoked cumin Harissa etc...
Simply add any NAFI’S condiment to a plate of rice or use as a base for soups and stews. The versatility of these products will amaze you. They make great rubs for grilling and can be diluted for marinades, salad dressings, and much more. Naturally low in fat and sodium, NAFI’S condiments are a healthy addition to any meal!
Extra Sauce members received one of two sauces selected by Bintou. She’s offered recipes for whichever sauce you received in your bundle this month.
