Chesapeake Food Seasoning

Spicewalla was founded by James Beard, award-winning chef and Indian-born Meherwan Irani of Chai Pan in Asheville, NC. Meherwan created Spicewalla in 2017, eight years after the opening of Chai Pan as a way to supply high-quality, fresh spices to restaurants.

The spices are roasted and ground in small batches, then packaged to order in small tins to ensure maximum flavor and freshness. The company sources directly from small suppliers in small quantities.
